We arrived quite late and were impressed by the staff who warmly welcomed us and provided us with a local map and recommendations on where to eat. They were very helpful and even assisted us with parking in their free parking lot. Additionally, we found that the hotel was conveniently located in front of the train station and within close distance to the Mount Zao area.

The food served during breakfast was exquisite and had a lot of variety, you may find some of the dishes hard to appreciate if you're from the west but it was still a great experience. The room was quite clean and the view was breathtaking, you get to enjoy the scenery that surrounds it and feel like you're one with nature. the staff was kind and friendly, always ready to offer tips on what to see around town.

It was quite challenging to find the place, and we had to get directions from the locals. , the air conditioning was a big problem, for it didn't work at all, we were literally freezing inside the room.
